DELIVERY
Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping service to all of Turkey is free. If the package is damaged during delivery, please have the officer issue a report and return the product.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return
If you are not satisfied with the product; You can return the product or request an exchange within 14 days of receipt. In order for the product to be exchanged, you must notify us of your complaint via e-mail and request a return confirmation. Unfortunately, requests without return confirmation cannot be processed.
In order for the return process to begin, you must send the product to us with the invoice, after receiving the approval, by covering the return shipping fee. If the invoice was issued on behalf of the company during the purchase, the return invoice issued by the relevant company should be sent with the product at the time of return. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT).
When the return is approved, you will be contacted from your registered e-mail address and your bank account information will be requested for the product price refund. The bank account information to which the refund will be sent must belong to the name on your invoice. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card account. Refunds are made within 1-3 business days.
The terms for returning a product generally depend on the following items:
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging and invoice.
Products that have been worn, used, washed, destroyed and whose original box/packaging have been damaged and have lost their resaleability are not accepted for return.
In cases where the above situations are detected, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
Product Change
If our customer, who wants to change the size or color without washing and wearing the product after receiving the product, pays the first shipping fee, the product sent within 14 days with the invoice is examined. If it is confirmed that there is no obstacle to resale, the same product is exchanged for a different size or color available in our stock, and the cargo is met by us and delivered to the relevant person.
Damaged Product
If you are sure that there is any damage to the product you received; please contact us via info@lunairestudio.co. Do not throw away the product, packaging and invoice as we will need a detailed research. The situation will be examined as soon as possible and all necessary actions will be taken for your satisfaction.
